At Serendipia, we want you to love your jewelry.

Due to the personal nature of jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us the same day your order is delivered. Photos of the item may be required so we can assist you. Anything sent after the first day will not be accepted for a return to exchange.

Please note that normal wear, tarnishing, scratches, or damage caused by improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. SERENDIPIA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
